They should've worked on their campaigns to educate and rally people to vote. Whining now is not very productive.

"Remain" camp's job was to educate people why it would be bad to leave the EU and convince them to vote No to the referendum. Which they did a bad job at, hence the results.People who did not "contribute", did not vote on their own future which means either they did not fully understand the seriousness of the issue or they did not agree they should stay as part of the EU.
That should say "Leave". They are beginning to regret their decision.
No, the "Leave" camp is to blame for Brexit. The "Remain" camp aren't responsible for those votes.
