Feminists really need to stop with this stuff... they get everything men get. If they are afraid to get promotions it is a personal problem not societal problem.
This is tough. They are both major issues, but women definitely have been conditioned their entire lives to never seem too aggressive. Women are told as girls that being "bossy" is a bad trait, while young boys are told it is leadership. It only escalates from there
The gender pay gap is something that undeniably needs to change first and foremost. Once we change legislation, public ideology will follow. My wife deserves to get paid fairly for her skills and performance REGARDLESS of her ambition!
Gender Pay Gap is BS... Please do research before starting a debate/argument...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1oqyrflOQFc
You've misread my argument and as a consequence posted a video proving my point. The pay gap is not the issue. Women are choosing jobs that pay less than men--hence a gap in ambition. This ambition gap is a result of years of subtle conditioning against women taking risks in careers and embracing leadership positions.
I thought that you were implying that the gender pay gap was a reality but it was not the biggest issue, my mistake...
