@arkle The wage gap is a myth. A man and women can have the same job and a women or man can be paid more than the other. there are several factors that play in how much an employee gets or can get paid. first by their interview and what they negotiated on, second college plays a big factor in this. typically someone who went to a better college can be paid more based on the degree they got. Third men typically go into a job they may not necessarily like if he’s gonna get paid more, and wemon often go into jobs they do like. therefore there is no wage gap.
